CANADA
Free shipping on orders over $250.
You will receive your order via Canada Post or UPS. Your tracking number will be emailed as soon as your order is shipped.
Montreal's addresses have a bike delivery option at checkout.

When an item is made to order, allow 5 to 25 business days to be shipped. When an item is in stock, please allow 2 to 3 business days to be shipped.

Please be aware that orders in July-August and near year-end holiday season can take slightly longer to process. During any such delay we place a message on the top bar of our website.

INTERNATIONAL
We only ship in Canada.

RETURNS

Each order is carefully inspected before being sent. We will gladly replace defective items.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask us.

For exchanges or refunds, please note the following conditions:
• Returns must made within 10 days of delivery to customer, please contact us to initiate an exchange or return.

• Customers are responsible for shipping items back for returns or exchanges at their own expense. Instructions and recommendations for returns/shipping are sent to the customer on initiation of exchange or return.

• For exchange or refund, a 25$ restocking fee is paid by the customer.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, items that have been washed or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or refund.
• For returns of «Made to order» items, a 35% restocking fee will be applied.

• Items «on sale» are final sale only.
