- WHERE ARE YOU MANUFACTURED ?

We are 100% Designed, Cut and Sewn (and Knit!) in Montreal, Canada.

We don’t have any factories - and definitely no sweat shops! Our superb quality pieces are locally made in our workshop and through small-scale high quality suppliers in our city.

- DO YOU HAVE A BOUTIQUE ?

No, we don’t have a traditional brick and mortar boutique. If you have any doubt about your sizing and are in the Montreal area you can make an appointment for a fitting at our studio workshop.

- WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED ?

Our studio workshop is located in the Pointe Saint-Charles area of Montreal, QC, Canada. If you’re in Montreal (or planning to be!) and would like to book an appointment to visit our studio - try on some pieces from our collections or get measured for a custom piece - please email us at info@elisa-c-rossow.com to arrange for an appointment.

We sometimes do pop up shops in different cities – if you want to be in the loop for our events please sign up for our newsletter here.

- DO YOU OFFER FREE RETURNS ?

No, the cost of returning by post is paid by customer and there is a 20$ restocking fee for item in stock and a 20% fee on made-to-order pieces. We try to be sustainable in every area, including shipping. Studies have shown that while free shipping returns increases orders, it also increases returns, and causes more orders to be placed before carefully assessing sizing which increases both outgoing and returned shipments - a consequence that affects our environment.

Whether this costs us sales or not, we feel this policy is the most sustainable, for us and our planet.

- WHAT DOES 🌿 MEAN?

Those little green leaves mean that the piece is made of 100% natural fibers, right down to the labels and tags. There are no synthetic material in these pieces, none.

- THE PIECE I'M LOOKING AT SAYS IT'S "ON DEMAND" IN MY SIZE, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN ?

It means you should let us know that you're interested in that piece in your size.

We do short run productions all year long and when we have specific requests we can often speed that process up. And when it is back in stock you'll be the first to know!

- WHAT ABOUT THIS ITEM THAT SAYS IT IS "MADE TO ORDER" ?

This item is made in our workshop to order, often in just a matter of 5 to 25 days. Upon order, your measurements will be verified and the wait time will be confirmed with you.

We believe this method of production is the most sustainable way because for us overproduction is one of the biggest problems in our industry.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return on any made to order pieces.

- WHY DON'T YOU HAVE COLOURS IN YOUR COLLECTIONS ?

Since the very beginning of the brand, Elisa’s collections have been purposefully absent of colour. Always sticking to fabrics in black, off-white, creamy natural colours and sometimes grey. Her reasoning today is the same as it was then: Elisa designs with durable fabrics meant to last years and collections made to be timeless. And while seasonal colour trends come and go, pieces without colour never go out of style, nor does an ELISA C-ROSSOW piece.

- DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS ? AND CAN I GET THEM IN COLOUR ?

Yes, we do! And yes, you can! We offer made-to-measure tailoring for our pieces as well as custom colours for any of the pieces in our collections. For more information please look at our Sur-Mesure page.

- DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS FOR YOUR PIECES ?

Yes, we do! If you have a piece that has been damaged please contact us. We can quickly assess if it can be repaired (often for free) at our studio workshop.
